As a former financial professional and trained executive coach, I have always had a deep and authentic interest in recognizing and bringing out the best in friends, colleagues and clients. 

After spending over 20 years in the corporate world both in the USA and abroad,  I decided to pursue my passion and started my own executive coaching firm, CoachAgility.  

My clients benefit from the wealth of diverse professional experiences that I bring to my practice.  In addition to serving in senior finance and accounting roles for over 20 years in multiple large companies, I began my professional career in my home country of Italy, and I transitioned mid-career to living and working in the United States.  I’m an astute listener who is naturally curious, and I bring to my clients a perspective that is both mindful of individual differences while appreciative of the common demands placed on high-performing professionals. 

As the mother of two young daughters and the wife of a busy executive, I am also uniquely situated to understand the many challenges faced by individuals that are seeking to balance multiple competing priorities.  Ultimately, my job is to partner with my clients to help them define, prioritize and achieve their goals.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking walks with my family and our two dogs, traveling, playing tennis, and curling up with a good book.  A native of northern Italy, I grew up and began my professional career in Milan before moving to the United States, where I have lived in both Dallas and the Washington DC area. 

I enjoy coaching both in English and Italian.
